On November 15th, 2024, the announcement of charges against Fredderico Soda were announced by Burlington County Prosecutor LaChia L. Bradshaw. Fredderico Soda faces charges relating to his involvement of exchanging sexually explicit photographs and videos with an underage girl in an online chatroom. Fredderico Soda is also facing charges of Impairing/Debauching the Morals of a Child (Second Degree), Distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Material (Second Degree), Possession with Intent to Distribute of Child Sexual Abuse Material (Second Degree), Possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material (Third Degree) and Obscenity to a Minor (Third Degree).
The day prior, Fredderico Soda was taken into custody at his residence in Tabernacle, and all electronics were seized to be examined by the Burlington County Prosecutor’s Office High-Tech Crimes Unit. This was due to an investigation that began earlier in the year, when Fredderico Soda’s online activities alerted the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, the Prosecutor’s Office announced.
The investigation further revealed that Fredderico Soda knew the girl he was chatting with was a minor, yet he continued to pursue exchanging explicit material and nude photographs. Allegedly, Fredderico Soda made plans to meet with the minor in person. However, he failed to meet her before he was arrested by the police.
The Burlington County Prosecutor’s Office stated the charges are only accusations, and Fredderico Soda is to be assumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
