Longshoreman’s Temporary Registration Revoked and Application denied for Theft and Illegal Drug Use

The Commission revoked the temporary longshoreman registration and denied Michael Natoli’s application for permanent addition in the longshore register.

Natoli’s temporary registration has been suspended since April 28, 2015, after his arrest for the robbery of over $1000 worth of copper tubing from a refrigeration company in Brooklyn, New York.

The Administrative Hearing was held on January 11, 2017 before an Administrative Law Judge. The Administrative Law Judge determined that the Commission provided sufficient evidence that supported the charges enclosed in the Amended Notice of Hearing, some charges included that Natoli used illegal drugs while registered by the Commission; and committed fraud, deceit or misrepresentation on two sworn documents submitted to the Commission, including his application, by denying his drug use; stole copper tubing on October 30, 2014, attempted to steal additional copper tubing on December 4, 2014. The Administrative Law Judge called for the revocation of his temporary registration and rejection of his application.
