Stephen K. Frazier and Jordan Pope-Didier were arrested and charged with theft and drug related offenses. The investigation into the case was led by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office and the Cliffside Park Police Department.

On February 27, 2020, the Bergen County Prosecutors Office received a tip from Sprint about suspicious activity coming from a business account. Numerous cell phone orders were shipped to a residence in Cliffside Park and not to the address of the business. A thorough investigation revealed that Stephen Frazier placed orders for multiple electronic devices and had them delivered to a home in Cliffside Park. Jordan Pope-Didier resided at the home.
On March 6, 2020, Stephen Frazier was charged with one count of Theft By Deception, in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:20-4a, a 3rd degree crime; one count of Impersonation, in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:21-17a(2), a 3rd degree crime; one count of Possession Of Anabolic Steroids, in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:35-10a(1), a 3rd degree crime; one count of Conspiracy To Commit Theft By Deception, in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:5-2a/2C:20-4, a 3rd degree crime; one count of Possession Of False Government Driver’s License, in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:21-2.1d, a 4th degree crime; one count of False Records, in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:21-4a, a 4th degree crime; and one count of Possession Of Hypodermic Syringes, in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:36-6a, a disorderly persons offense.
Also on March 6, 2020, Jordan Pope-Didier was charged with one count of Conspiracy to Commit Theft By Deception, in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:5-2a/2C:20-4, a 3rd degree crime; and one count of Possession Of Marijuana, in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:3510a(4), a disorderly persons offense.
Stephen Frazier and Jordan Pope-Didier were transported to Bergen County Jail to await their first appearance in Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack, NJ. The charges are accusations and the defendants will remain innocent until proven guilty. The Bergen County Prosecutors Office Is under the supervision of Chief Robert Anzilotti. The Cliffside Park Police Department is under the supervision of Chief Mark Marano. The prosecution into this case will be led by Mark Musella.
