Old Tappan Resident Charged with Stalking, Invasion of Privacy, Cyber-Harassment & Contempt

Back in October 2017, the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office began an investigation that led to the reveal of a man named Daniel Pfeiffer posting undressed pictures of women he had been familiar with on the Internet. A few of the posts included detailed personal information of the victim.
The Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office conducted an investigation into Daniel Pfeiffer. The charges against Mr. Daniel Pfeiffer are Third-Degree Stalking, Third-Degree Cyber-Harassment, and Fourth-Degree Contempt of a Stalking Restraining Order. Mr. Pfeiffer is a twenty-eight (28) year old resident of Old Tappan, New Jersey.
Law enforcement agents arrested Daniel Pfeiffer on November 27, 2017 in Hackensack, New Jersey. He is set to appear at the Bergen County Central Judicial Processing Court on December 13, 2017.
All persons are assumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
