Story by Ethan

Acting Mercer County Prosecutor, Theresa L. Hilton, announced on September 17th, 2024, the arrest of Hamilton resident Don-Diego Parkman, following his internet activities relating to child exploitation. Don-Diego Parkman is facing charges of first-degree Aggravated Sexual Assault, one count of second-degree Sexual Assault, one count of first-degree Manufacturing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), one count of third-degree Possession of CSAM, and two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

Mercer County Prosecutor’s Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Unit and the New Jersey State Police ICAC Task Force were notified that a minor in the state of Missouri was exchanging CSAM with Don-Diego Parkman. Allegedly, after an investigation was launched, it was revealed that the pre-teen female was exchanging sexually explicit messages, photos, and videos that Don-Diego Parkman instructed her to make and share.

Don-Diego Parkman was taken into custody after officers from the Hamilton Police SWAT Team, and members of the Prosecutor’s ICAC Unit executed a search warrant at his residence in Hamilton. Hamilton Police recovered several items with evidentiary value.
The Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office states that the charges against Don-Diego Parkman are only accusations, and he is presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
