Paramus Resident Charged with Sexual Assault, Child Pornography and Child Endangerment

The Bergen County Prosecutorâs Office were investigating into a man named John P. Huang, a seventy-one (71) year old resident of Paramus, New Jersey for Internet child pornography. As such, on November 29, 2017, law enforcement agents acted upon a search warrant at Huangâs residence.
The investigation exposed Huang utilizing the Internet to view, possess, and attempt to distribute digital images displaying bare or sexually explicit prepubescent and pubescent children. Additionally, as a result of the search warrant, law enforcement agents found that John Huang took pictures of a ten (10) year old victim in connection with child pornography. Further investigation revealed that Huang sexually assaulted the ten (10) year old victim.
On November 29, 2017, police officers located and arrested John Huang. There are numerous charges made against Huang including First-Degree Aggravated Sexual Assault, First-Degree Production of Child Pornography, Second-Degree Sexual Assault, Second-Degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Second-Degree Attempted Distribution of Child Pornography and Third-Degree Possession of Child Pornography in an amount greater than 100 images.
John P. Huang is currently being held in Bergen County Jail and is set to appear in Hackensack at the Bergen County Central Judicial Processing Court on December 13, 2017.
