Fairview Resident Charged with Aggravated Sexual Assault, Sexual Assault by Sexual Contact and Endangering the Welfare of a Child

On December 28, 2017, the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office broadcasted the arrest of a man named Jorge Molina for Aggravated Sexual Assault, Sexual Assault by Sexual Contact and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Jorge Molina is a fifty-six (56) year old resident of Fairview, New Jersey. Law enforcement from multiple departments worked together in investigation, locating and arresting Jorge Molina.
On December 22, 2017, the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office were notified of Jorge Molina improperly touching two juvenile females between the ages of eight (8) and nine (9) years old. Law enforcement immediately acted upon this information and arrested Jorge Molina on December 28, 2017.
Jorge Molina was charged with First-Degree Aggravated Sexual Assault, Second-Degree Sexual Assault by Sexual Contact, and Second-Degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child. He is set to appear at the Bergen County Central Judicial Processing Court located in Hackensack, New Jersey on December 29, 2017.
All persons are assumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
