Raymond Reemus Charged for Sexual Assault Against Minors

On August 23rd, 2024, charges against Raymond Reemus, age 45, were announced by Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone and Officer in Charge Captain Edward Schapley, of the Spotswood Police Department. Raymond Reemus was charged with first-degree Aggravated Sexual Assault, second-degree Sexual Assault, and second-degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

According to the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office, law enforcement was alerted of an alleged sexual assault case involving two minors and Raymond Reemus. An investigation was conducted by Detective John Fedak of the Spotswood Police Department, and Detective Ryan Kirsh of the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office. Following the investigation, Raymond Reemus was arrested as the culprit without incident on August 22nd, 2024. 


The Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office stated that the charges against Raymond Reemus are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
