Irvington, NJ resident Rodney T. Mills charged with aggravated criminal sexual contact and endangering the welfare of a disabled person.

Defendant Rodney T. Mills was arrested on charges related to Aggravated Criminal Sexual Contact and Endangering the Welfare of Disabled Person. The investigation was orchestrated by the Bergen County Prosecutors Office and the Rochelle Park Police Department. September 27, 2019, the Rochelle park Police Department received a tip that defendant Rodney Mills allegedly touched a disabled individual intimately and had the individual touch him intimately.

The incident allegedly occurred at a medical facility in Rochelle park. After a thorough investigation by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims’ Unit and the Rochelle Park Police Department. Rodney T. Mills was arrested in Rochelle Park, NJ on October 15, 2019. He was charged with Aggravated Sexual Assault by contact in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:14-3a, a 3rd degree crime and Endangering The Welfare Of A Disabled Person in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:24-8a a, 3rd degree crime.

The Rodney Mills was transferred to Bergen county jail awaiting is first appearance in the Bergen County Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack, NJ on October 16, 2019.

The charges are accusations and the defendant is still presumed to be innocent until proven guilty.
