Four Charged, Three Arrested, One Fugitive on Drug Charges at Ridgefield Park House

RIDGEFIELD PARK, N.J. (March 31, 2017) — The Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office has charged four individuals with drug offenses after arresting three of them last Friday, March 31.
The Friday arrests are the result of a joint investigation between Ridgefield Park police, Dumont police, and the prosecutor under the direction of Chief Robert Anzilotti that revealed drug distribution being run out of 132 Teaneck Road, Ridgefield Park.
Two men, Thomas Frasse, 52, of 16 Windsor Court, Norwood and Richard Miraldi, 55, of 86 James St. in Lodi were arrested without incident after undercover surveillance officers saw the men purchase cocaine at the house.
Later that day, a search warrant was executed at the Teaneck Rd. house Maria Morales, 60, was found with three young
children in her care. The search turned up 22 grams of cocaine, packaged for distribution purposes, and $4,000 in cash.
Morales was arrested and charged with three counts second degree endangering the welfare of a child and drug offenses including third degree cocaine distribution, second degree possession with intent to distribute cocaine, and distribution within prohibited distance of both a school and a public park.
Frasse and Miraldi were both charged with third degree possession of cocaine.
All three were released on recognizance and are scheduled to appear in Central Judicial Court in Hackensack Wednesday, April 12. Frasse works as a commercial driver. Miraldi and Morales are both unemployed.
A fourth man, Roy Cabreja, 53, of Garner’s Lane in Elmwood Park, is a Megan’s Law offender. He was charged, but is a fugitive. Charges against him are three counts, second degree, endangering the welfare of a child, third degree possession of cocaine, second degree possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, and distribution of controlled dangerous substances within prohibited distance of both a park and a school.
