On December 16th, 2024, Marcus Lee, of Willingboro NJ, was charged with Possession of CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material). According to authorities, M. Lee was taken into custody after a search warrant was executed against him. Any electronic devices from his residence were taken and revealed M. Lee was in possession of over 1,000 files of photos and videos of CSAM on numerous online accounts. Further investigation is to be done by the Burlington County Prosecutor’s Office High-Tech Crimes Unit. M. Lee was soon released from custody after his appearance in Superior Court in Mount Holly. His case will be prepared to be presented in front of a grand jury for possible indictment.
The Burlington County Prosecutor’s Office stated that the charges are only accusations, M. Lee is assumed to be innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
